18th Birthday Party – Glamping
A glamping party is perfect for those who enjoy the great outdoors with all of the modern comforts of the big indoors! This event had a large marquee, a hog roast, and a wonderfully lit glamping village for the guests to enjoy their overnight stay.

WHAT WE DID
SN2R provided all artists, staff & equipment for the event including:
- Marquee on grass, roll up windows to one side, the other three sides white pvc, the roof white lined
- Boarded floor and carpet & dance floor & Toilets
- Rustic Bar & Rustic poseur tables
- Some seating for a festival theme – cube seats allow for 12 and 4 cube mirror tables
- Coloured Up lighting to each marquee leg & Underlaid twinkle lights to the marquee
- Coloured paper party lanterns to decorate marquee roof
- DJ to include lights and travel
- Photographer
- Security to check guest list 7.00pm – Midnight
- Teepee accommodation – Mini teepees for overnight stay, 5 TENTS 3 which are 5 metres
- Horse box vintage horse trailer / drinks
Catering including HOG ROAST PACKAGE Full hog cooked on location for 6 hours. Chefs carved and served with crackling, stuffing, and a wide range of sauces & chutneys. Sweet Thai vegetable rice stir fry as the vegetarian / vegan option. Hot new minted potatoes. 3 fresh seasonal salads and a selection of fresh breads & Floured baps / pitta / wraps. Premier disposable plates and cutlery.
